Why doesnt my unpacker work for downloaded files

 · Hi, I am facing issues whenever I bltadwin.ru files. It just happened today, and I'm not really sure why too, cause previously it was always fine. Just a couple of moments ago, I tried to download a bltadwin.ru file.
