Android files sent over im will not download open

 · Whenever someone sends me a video attachment in an email, I am unable to open/play it. I am not great with computers, but I have it opening up in Windows Media. Problem is that I have some 10, in my account. Not a single one of those zip files was without errors - usually one or two per zip. I just requested the data again to see what I get the second time around - if the request actually makes it through. Posted 37 months ago.
